Guayaki Yerba Mate Guayaki is an organic/natural brand. That means it tastes bad, comes in smaller portions, and costs too much. But anyway, I decided that their yerba mate teas are marketed with enough of an intent to energize to make them count, although I normally shun these types of products because organic brands are always claiming to energize your body and soul and mind and blah blah blah; especially teas. But anyway, these count. Traditional Size: 12oz glass bottle Location Acquired: Wegmans, Johnson City, NY Location in Collection: The Freakshow Taste Rating: 2/10 Energy Rating: 2/10 Review: Yerba Mate is a natural source of real caffeine; unlike tea. This provides a little boost; but that's not worth the horrifying experience of drinking this piss. You know those leaves you rake off your lawn, then put in a garbage can, which fills with rain? Let that sit for 6 weeks, then take the liquid out and bottle it. This is what'd you get. Of course, it wouldn't be organic unless the garbage can was made out of hemp... |
